Galvanized Steel

Galvanized Iron (GI) Steel is manufactured by a process in which zinc bonds to steel at the molecular level to produce a four-layer corrosion-resistant finish. The first three layers are zinc-iron alloy layers that are actually harder than the base steel. The fourth or top layer is pure zinc. The basic substrate of the material. GI steel sheets and coils are used for roofing and walls, heating panels, refrigerator back plate, home appliances, boilers, pipes and many other applications where corrosion protection is prime concern. We buy and sell Galvanized steel in Galvalume and Galvannealed qualities.
