Reinforcing Bars (Rebars)

Reinforcing Bars (Rebars) are generally manufactured from steel billets. They are used as a tension device in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures to strengthen and hold the concrete in tension. Rebars are available in grades and specifications that vary in yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, chemical composition, and percentage of elongation which depends on the applications for which it is used.
