Prepainted steel is a high quality product which is manufactured by a specific coil coating process. The main substrates for prepainted steel are steel and aluminium coils. For Prepainted Steel, a galvanised steel sheet in coil form is cleaned, pretreated, applied with various layers of organic coatings which can be paints, vinyl dispersions, or laminates.
